Grilled Salmoni a la Lusi (my cousin)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds of Salmon Stake
1 lb of cherry tomato
50 leaves of cilantro
Juice of 2 lemons
Zest of 2 lemons
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Cut the Salmon to 1 inch cubes

Marinate 2-4 hours in advance in Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste

Grill the Salomon

After grilling put a thin slice of Serrano pepper on top, 3 or 4 leaves a cilantro(not the stem), a half cherry tomato and a toothpick to hold everything down
