Shredded Chicken

1 whole chicken, boiled and shredded (just pulled off the bone and meat shredded with hands, can leave in big pieces, as dish cooks chicken will shred on it’s own)
1 Onion, cut into thin strips
1 Bell Pepper, cut into thin strips
Garlic, chopped
Olive Oil
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can (use can from tomato sauce) white wine or chicken stock
2-3 TBSP Chili Powder
Cooking Instructions:
Sauté in Olive Oil…the onions, garlic and bell pepper until translucent.

Add Tomato sauce and wine or chicken stock, chili powder salt and pepper, bring to boil and then simmer for 15 minutes.

Add Shredded chicken and let simmer 15 more minutes…tastes good same day…tastes FABULOUS the day after 
