Italian-Style Bruschetta

4-6 slices of crusty bread (may also be done on submarine bun)
3-5 ripe tomatoes
4-5 Tbls. olive oil (preferably extra virgin)
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp. crushed dry rosemary leaves
Cooking Instructions:
Cut 4-6 slices of bread - about one inch thick and toast or place in the broiler till toasted.

Finely dice the tomatoes. Add the finely chopped garlic cloves. Add the oil. Add the crushed rosemary. Add the salt and pepper to taste.

Stir all ingredients until well mixed.

Spread the mixture on the toasted bread and return to the broiler for one minute to heat.

Serving Suggestions:
This is the most important step. You must invite me over to eat when you serve this dish. :)
