1 C. Olives,pitted(any black olive will do,Kalamata works best)
1/2 lemon juiced
1 TBSP Garlic(or more)
1 TBSP Capers
3 TBSP Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions:
Put garlic in food processor,pulse until it is chopped well.Add all other ingrediets and pulse until it is all chopped small and well combined but not too much.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with crackers,bread.

Use as topping on sandwiches.

In Lavash rolls.

Really delicious served with Lebni(strained yoghurt)
