Vosp (aka Lentil) Matsun (aka Yogurt)
Cooking Instructions:
Rinse the vosp in a pot of water. Dump the rinse water and add new water such that all vosp is submerged and you have some left over. Bring to a boil. Hint: By heating the water in separate containers on the stove, as well as in glasses in the microwave you can minimize the time required to bring the water to boil. In my personal experience, I can usually bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil within 3 minutes. Cook the vosp until it's nice and soft .. for me, it takes anywhere from 10-20 minutes depending on the vosp and depending on the desired softness.

Serving Suggestions:
After cooking, drain the water, mix with the cold yogurt, salt to taste and enjoy
