1 can tuna drained
some oregano
lemon juice
grated cheese
Cooking Instructions:
After draining, add a generous squirt of Ketchup. Add a pinch of oregano instead of relish. Fire up a non-stick pan on the stove ... no oil no butter nothing. Just a couple of drops of olive oil to prime the pan.

Throw tuna on pan in the form of a pancake and heat until firm and brown. Flip a couple of times. When the nuna is nicly krisp, sprinkle generous amount of cheese on it and flip a couple more times.

Serving Suggestions:
Best served on toast while it's hot.
