Syrup:3 C. sugar
1 1/2 C water
2 TBSP. lemon juice
3 C. Farina(or Cream Of Wheat)
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Plain Yogurt
4 TBSP unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
3 TBSP. Orange Blossom Water
1 TBSP. Rose Water
2 t. baking powder
3 TBSP. tahini
pine nuts or slivered almonds
Cooking Instructions:
Heat 3 c. of sugar and water to boiling, stir to dissolve sugar.Boil 10 min.Remove from heat and add lemon juice, set aside to cool.Cover.

Mix farina, sugar, yogurt, butter, orange and rose water and baking powder together.Grease 13 by 9 inch pan with tahini.Spread mixture into pan and smooth out evenly.Cover and refrigerate overnight(very important!)

In the morning, take mixture out of fridge :)preheat oven to 350 ,Cut into diamond shapes or squares, whatever makes you happy(diamonds make me happy)place one pine nut ot almond in middle of each shape and press down slightly so they dont' float away later.

Bake for about 45 minutes,it has to be a golden brown color, this might take a few times to get the timing right.

Take out of oven when done, pour cooled syprup over it right away and let sit uncovered till it absorbs all the syrup.

Recut and enjoy :)

Additional Comments:
I do the baking in the morning and by the afternoon it is ready to be put on serving plate,or I put them in muffin papers(the pretty ones)and then on a serving plate..and fianlly...invite us over for coffee :)
