3 pounds chicken cutlets or boneless thighs(I use boneless/skinless chicken breast)
2-4 garlic cloves crushed
1 TBSP oregano
1 1/2 t. dried crushed mint
1/2 c. plus 2 TBSP veg. oil
1/2 c. lemon jice
salt and pepper to taste
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 medium onion
Cooking Instructions:
cut chicken into chunks,add garlic oregano mint 1/2 oil lemon and pepper,stir and marinate at least 2 hours in fridge.

Add salt after marinating and put on skeweres.

Seed peppers and cut into 2 inch cubes.Quarter oinion place with peppers.sprinkle with salt and pepper and 2 TBSP oil,stir and thread on separate skewers.

Cook over hot coals or broil.
Additional Comments:
I've made it exactly like the recipe says and it's good.I've made it in the over and it's great.

My favorite is to make it with chicken breasts and BBQ outside though.

The chicken thighs works the best though.
