Ingredients:
Red grapefruit
Shrimp
Lettuce
Cocktail sauce

Optional: avocado
Cooking Instructions:
Peel the grapefruit and then peel the flesh leaving only the fruit. Put this in a bowl. Add the shrimp and lettuce (you can choose whether you prefer big leaves or small ones -- any lettuce will do) and pour cocktail sauce to taste over it.



Optional: add avacado in small blocks.



Mix and serve.
Serving Suggestions:
To make it look prettier, you can put the lettuce at the bottom of a plate, next put some peeled grapefruit over the lettuce, sprinkle it with shrimp and a trail of cocktail sauce.
