Ingredients: |
4 LB whole fish(stabbed with fork all over) 2 limes salt and pepper 3 TBSP olive oil 5 TBSP garlic,chopped 2 1/2 C. oinions,sliced 5 C. chopped tomatoes(can be fresh or canned,or a mixture)

1 tsp fresh oregan 24 Pimiento stuffed olives(whole or sliced) 3 TBSP capers Red Pepper,cayenne Bay leaf |
Cooking
Instructions: |
squeeze 1 lime over fish and slice up the second one and put inside fish...let marinade in fridge for about 3 hours.
In the meantime mix all other ingredients together to make sauce and cook for about an hour.
Take fish out of fridge,take out sliced limes,pour sauce over fish and bake in a375 degree oven. |

I have made this using fillets,really realy good...make home made bread(ok store bought will do) to soak up the suace. |
