Tuna Sushi Azat Style

Ingredients:
Tuna piece (1 pound) - Sushi Grade.
Sushi Rice, 1 cup
Wasabi. - Use paste or powder and mix it with water
Ginger
Soy Sauce
Rice Vinegar
Parsley.
Cooking Instructions:
Wrap tuna in glad wrap and place in freezer until stiff (easier to slice thinly).



In a saucepan, place rice with 2 cups of cold water. Bring to a boil, then simmer over very low heat for about 10 minutes until water is absorbed. Add 4 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar and turn well. Cover rice with glad wrap and set aside until cool and ready to use.



Remove tuna from freezer, slice thinly lengthwise. Place a tblspn of rice in the center of two slices of tuna, side by side. Spread rice lengthwise, then roll tuna around the rice. Continue to wrap thin slices of tuna around this core until the roll is 1 1/2 inches thick. put it in teh refregirator for few more minutes to make it easier to cut. Carefully cut with a very sharp knife the tuna roll into sushi pieces.

Must invite Azat, Eve, Armat, and Edward when you make this dish to make sure you do not make any errors. :)
