puff pastery

Herbs(Dill, Parsley, Basil, Scallions)
Cooking Instructions:
Allow the premade puff pastery to get a bit soft. Using a rolling pin make the puff pastery about 50% larder than normal. Put it back in the freezer for 10 minutes to allow the though to get harder again as it will not puff up appropriately if not cold.

Mix the feta, mozzarella, pepper and the herbs together.

Remove the puff pastery and make small pockets out of them and stuff the pockets with the cheese combo. Tie a small string on top temporarily to make sue that the pockets stay put.(Image will explain much better than I can.)

Brush the egg yoak on the puff Pastery to give it the shine and cook in the oven for approximately 30 minutes under 350 degrees. remove the puff pastery and tie a single scallion on it for decorative purposes.
