Ingredients:
(Serving proportion depending on how much you want to make of it. Generally speaking though, the rice should be more than the beef and beans. The spices are to taste.)

Beef cut in Blocks
Rice
Pre-Cooked Long Green Beans
Chopped Onion
Squashed garlic
Tomato sauce
Salt
Pepper
Water
Cooking Instructions:
1. Make sure to use a Tefal pan with lid



2. Put a bit of butter in the pan and wait until it melts.



3. Fry the onion and garlic until reddish.



4. Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste and mix until it becomes a smooth sauce.



5. Add the beef and mix until it's cooked.



6. Lower the fire to the lowest and add the beans and the rice.



7. Pour cold water over it, level with the rice. Mix it all.



8. Put lid on, but leave a small opening in the lid.



9. Leave for about 30 minutes to steam.
Serving Suggestions:
With yoghurt and salad.
Additional Comments:
Use a bit of imagination when cooking this dish. You can leave out the beans and add another vegetable, or leave the vegetables out completely. You can even leave out the meat for a vegetarian dish. The principle is the rice and the tomato sauce. The rest is up to you.
